What is resonable difference?

Well, I got a finalized deal. I paid $10476 for my 2004 on Feb 18, 2004. A new one just like it is now $12043. He will give me $7700 for my old one. I don't think that is bad for 5 years. If I get the Curtis plow with the hydrulic angle and power lift it is $2450 installed. So I can get a new one with the plow, for $6793.88 plus tax. The Special Edition is $1,000 more.

That does not sound too bad, I have the Curtis plow on my boat anchor, I mean 1100, and it is the only thing that is working as advertised. It is sure nice to control the angle from the cab, I think a wider foot on the blade would help alot, as the ones from the factory will sink into the gravel allowing the blade to dig in if you are not careful. I was a little leary of the elect. motor that raises and lowers the plow but so far so good. By the way my wife reminded me that our kubota is a 2007. I would like to trade mine in but my dealer here in town will not take it in on trade because of the power problem, they would not stand up for me with kubota either, which is why I am taking it 200 miles to the dealer in Powell, WY to get the stuck in reverse problem looked at.
