What is a T8 Attachment Plate?

Can somebody explain what a Custom Attachment Plate - T8 is used for?

Do I need to buy a few of these if I go ahead and buy a 425?

The custom attachment plate is the female part of the quick connect system. Let's say you had a small box blade that you wanted to use on your PT. You would weld the custom attachment plate to the box blade. Now you can pick it up with the quick attach. In about 5 seconds without leaving your seat. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Probably not, unless you are planning on using some existing implements that you already have, or you have a few projects that you'd like to build. I bought one and used it to make a device for slicing lines between the infield and grass on ball diamonds. Here's a link to a picture of it.
