The ultra wealthy pay lots of taxes in many ways, much more so than the middle class or poor.

Stock market is at record highs.

The tax cuts resulted in all time record low employment for ALL demographics. ALL.

Then COVID set everything back drastically. But that is completely separate from the tax cuts.
