I like those, man. I just don't have enough 3ph stuff to justify getting them, but yeh just attaching the weight box is a pita sometimes.
I go back and forth from tiller (and maybe box blade) to tow hitch multiple times a day at rimes. just made it easier.

I forgot which one of you came up with this idea, but thank you very much. I did it slightly different from you, I didn't remove the upper lift arms but instead tied them to the broom stick as well.

Well, being that my brand new mower with it's mulch kit is presently at the Briggs & Stratton hospital getting evaluated for an illness, and all these darned leaves are all over my lawn, I was forced into sweeper mode.

Got the cardboard off and cut all the parts and pieces removed. Paid for the upgraded PTO shaft and an extra set of blades to start. Rain is incoming (of course!) So I moved the parts into the garage and tarped the remaining unit in the crate. Just not really in the mood to assemble anything in 39 degree rain which should start falling any time now. You can pick black or orange so I did the right thing and said don't you dare ruin that thing with that ugly orange paint. I hope to assemble it this weekend and get some pictures and video of her nestled up to the ol' gc1710View attachment 719687View attachment 719688View attachment 719689View attachment 719690

Save the steel shipping materials.... Good for the odd project that comes along....

I did. I actually do a fair amount of 'making' out of steel. Given the cost of it these days, a steel crate is like a winning lottery ticket.

After about 3 years, I finally found something too big for my GC1710. A large boulder.

My GC1710 could raise the bucket about a foot off the ground-- but no higher. I needed a floor jack to get the bucket up to the height of the trailer I was loading the boulder into.
