What happened to the " I still hate my tractor thread"?

There was a post from a person that commented on forum moderation, and I believe this is the one that got the thread shut down. I don't even know why the post was posted, as I remember it was not really relevant to the thread, just a rant. This is what I think happened.. If you are inquiring about what happened with the turbo, he got it running Ok.

It's a shame that somebody ruined that thread for the rest of us. Maybe Fred can post the results of his project on a new thread, I would find that interesting.

We are waiting on his results on the dyno to see how it really improved it. The extreme RPM drop when using hydraulics was apparently solved by taking out the shims he added to increase the Relief valve pressure. He says it now drops about 50 RPM which would be about right. He says it is still a hard starter in the cold, and I suggested that perhaps the glow plugs may not be actually functioning. As I never had much trouble starting my old 'botas in the cold and I believe it should start easily in cold weather.
