I just know when I first moved to where we are at, I was a little peeved laying in bed late at night heaing people shooting semi auto guns.

THEN it dawned on me that if they can shoot late at night, so can I!:laughing: It's nice to be able to check out different flash signatures at night between a can on and a can off.

The mere thought of a HOA upsets me!

I have had too many friends and family have problems with them. Out of them all only one seems to be happy with a HOA but the fact is he is and has been away from his home more than he is there for the past 18 years since he purchased it.

Can I have a tractor with real oil in it parked on my easement in my HOA?
