It means the server where TBN is hosted is having problems.

I don't see anything in our error logs but we'll keep an eye on it.

I do get that occasionally as well.......a few minutes and refresh....no problem.

I had the exact same error last night. I think around the same time. Between 8pm and 10pm. I just figured there were too many people connected for the server to handle it. But since you said you didn't see any error messages in your log I figured I would mention it.
