That is some great engineering!

Thanks. I was really impressed as to how well the wooden forks actually worked in their "maiden voyage."

Putting that amount of weight so far away from the loader arms was certainly a risk, especially for bucket forks, and wooden construction.
The MMM and supporting pallet sat over 5 ft ahead of the front edge of the bucket-not even close to the loader pins.

They lifted right up, and then had to be driven a distance over snow covered dirt and tar roads (in that position-perpendicular to the bucket)
before being set down into the van.

The MMM is now in transit to it's new home in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Delivery is scheduled for today to a very nice
fellow TBN member.

My Titan forks are 48" x 4000 lb. rated but, at times I need to lift larger items so, bought a set of Titan 72" extensions. First use was to set newly re-painted diesel tank stand. The extensions worked well. Used some sections of old inner tube to protect paint.

In addition to moving all my attachments (stored on pallets) I move logs and firewood mostly. Glad to read some of the other uses on the thread, I will have to try some of them. These liquid tote cages are something new for me to carry firewood in.

I used the Northern Tool 1500 lb clamp on fork to take my 3'x6' trash pallet to the pickup point, 300 ft drive.

My trash pallet has two large containers on it, the Trash Truck comes by picks up the containers, dumps them and puts hem back on the pallet.

That is all so far it who knows where from here.

I do almost the exact same thing. I built a custom pallet to haul my trash to the road, about 800 ft and a steep hill with a 50 foot elevation change. Taking out the trash is easy year round with forks.

Another use for pallet forks.

100 gallon saddle tank with off road diesel.

Also use the forks to put it in the truck, to be refilled.
