what do I need ? (hydraulics)

Hi everyone

I am looking for what this thing would be called, where to find it and things to consider ... I bought a snow blower and it has two function on the chute (up down), one for the tilt (two hoses) and one for the chute rotation(left or right) (a other two hoses so 4 in total) ... I can't add more function to my tractor so that's not a option. What I am picturing is a directional valve from my third function spool, so two hoses that goes to a ''box'' manual directional valve that would go to one set of hoses or the other for one or the other function. Worse come the worse I don't need to chute function but it would be nice if I can make this work.

Its a Massey Ferguson 2706e and I have a two functions spool with PB that feed a second single spool with PB that feed my 3point.. I only use the single function spool for my grappler and I want to uses that for the snow blower. so I have these two hoses (one function) available.

If you put a diverter in the 3rd function work port you could then operate two functions from your third function. Not sure if you need 3rd function for some other feature when using the blower though.

No I don't need the third function during the winter, it is available, and yes that's what I want to do but just simply install two diverters and link the lever together ? do they make them link together already so two port to 4 in one units.

I think Summit has some combination of port multipliers & solenoids that could be done to give you all the functions you want off of your third function or RR's. might not be as easy as running everything from the third function, but a combination of third function & manual switches for chute rotation might get you their.

Why dont you want to put a true remote or dual remote setup on the tractor?

The expensive option would be a electric/hydraulic multiplier. Where they would "normally" plug into ONE set of remotes and give you TWO outputs. Like this Hydraulic Multiplier Kit, SCV Splitter Diverter Valve Including Couplers and Switch Box Control

Less expensive would be a manual version Manual Hydraulic Multiplier, SCV Splitter / Diverter Valve Kit with Couplers

Or a simple mechanical selector/diverter valve but you would have to source your own fittings and may not be any cheaper than the above

this was exactly what I was picturing, thank ... true dual remote, like rear remote ? My understanding is that would be pretty expensive and labor extensive.

Depends on the tractor and where/how it can be mounted. (valves and couplers). Also your level of hydraulic understanding.

I know its been about 7 years now.....so pre-covid-flation. But I put 3 remotes on the back of my tractor for under $500

I’d just mount a two spool loader type valve to the fender or on rops whichever side you turn around in the seat to run blower. Run power beyond from third function valve to it then from it to 3 point. It would be very intuitive to control blower with a single lever.
