When I got my 10 tons I didn’t realize how small it was. I did get to do my 18x24 x2 1/2 in deep pad done with a little to spare.

I managed to scrape all the built up snow and ice chunks from out behind my garage. Well actually had my 11 yr old daughter on it doing it for me. We were out in the garage and she wanted to do something on it so I sent her out there. Got a used snow plow blade and frame from a guy locally here and am gonna use the LS to unload it and free up the trailer for the next thing I need it from. Then gonna cut off the plow frame and weld the new SSQA plate to it so I have straight blade that doesnt stick out so far from the front of the SS and use that to level out the trails since the bucket seems to bite and just keep digging one me alot of the time.

Pulled a dozen fence posts with the FEL. Box bladed about 600ft of driveway. Mixed and moved about 600lbs of concrete in the bucket for a new entrance gate and fence.

In general: Had fun.

Was mixing that 600lbs done at one time?

Most I did was 4 x 60lb bags at once. Was setting 2 6x6 posts with 12x12x16 forms above the hole for a pedestal type base that's going to be stoned.

I added one bag, mixed, added another bag, mixed, etc. Used a narrow garden hoe for the mixing, works quite well. Well enough that I may not bother repairing my crappy HF mixer.

I was actually thinking about buying a HF mixer. I think you changed my mind.

The motor on the low end HF mixer is pure Chinesium, circa 1980s. It's a piece of crap. And I say that as someone who generally likes HF.

If you mix in the bucket, just make sure you have a water hose handy and a good place to rinse it out after the project.
