Contemplating buying a weld on grapple from Green Manufacturing to weld on the top of my lighter duty material bucket. All I need it for is toting branches to the burn pile. I will have to overlay the top with a piece of heavy gage angle iron so it don't defrom the bucket, but that is it and I already have the hoses and my cab tractor has the 3rd function already plumbed in but I don't require a 3rd function valve. I just use the top set of remotes on the back of the tractor to actuate anything I put on the loader arms. No need for extra valving at all. I even set it up with disconnects between the loader frame and the tractor proper so I can remove the loader if necessary without disturbing anything.

I have 3 sets of remotes on each of my tractors and I rarely use all 3 sets except when running my new Kubota BV Sileage bailer.

All Pioneer fittings btw.

Here is my Thumb from Greene that I installed as you talked about. Welding in heavy angle iron and welded it it on top of that

Pretty cobbly weld but I was gonna do the same deal on the light duty bucket. My excavation bucket has a pipe top edge and most times wears a double round bale spike. I'll wire weld mine and prep it correctly as well and of course paint it Kubota orange. One in the middle is all I need anyway.

Just ordered up another 1000 cases of OFMB in 223-556 flavor and an 8 pound jug of H335 from Hodgdon. Propellant has gotten expensive today. 8 pounds was almost 400 bucks plus 28 bucks haz mat.

I have 55 grain Hornady 22 caliber pills in huge quantity, like a couple thousand.

Typically, I can load around 250 cases with one pound. No, not for an assault rifle either, bolt action 223. No black guns here.

I’ve had my excavator for sale for 2 weeks and nobody offered me a better offer than the dealers trade offer so they own it now and I got a new one. They also made what I thought was a fair offer on my burned skid steer so they own it now too.
