What did Santa bring you?

A simple thing, but helpful. A remote operated outlet for the block heater. My shed is ~100 ft. from the house and the thing works just fine, around a corner. It's a SkyLink WS100, came from Amazon, I think, under $20, 'way worth it for me. I like to heat the block 2-3 hours if it's under 10 degrees.

I use a 4 year old Toshiba Satellite myself, OS xp-pro
been thinking about getting new laptop? please let me know the pro's&con's of the Windows 7 when you get better familiar with it. as this will most likely be on the next pc I get, I've tried to download a preview although my laptop is not compatible for windows 7... so Microsoft says!

The new Laptop is awsome. I love windows 7. I can have 2 internet pages up at once, have multiple programs up at once, it wont slow down. It is so fast. I use it for the internet, listening to music, uploading my pictures, using google earth and google sketchup, and typing school reports. I know i havent used all the windows 7 features yet but the ones i have used are real nice. havent found any cons yet.

Were you a good boy (or girl) this year? Or did Santa bring you the usual loud necktie and stale fruitcake? I woke up this morning to a brand new wheelbarrow! "What, a wheelbarrow", I asked. "Yes, you have been spending too much time on the tractors and need the exercise", was the reply. Oh well, she's right and we all know it, so guess I'll have to fire up one of the tractors and dump a bucket of dirt into it to make her happy. Oh yeah, guess I'd better smear a little mud on the shovel too, if I can find it. Hope yours was better..Merry Christmas from NW Oregon...Dan.
