Rotary Cutter What brand of cutter is this ?

I need to know what brand of rotary cutter this is and if this is worth the cost to repair, Deck needs welding, PTO shaft, Bearing in Tail wheel, new blades.

Welcome to TBN. Don't know what brand cutter that is. I have seen those back in the day because I remember those brackets around gearbox. What color paint does cutter have underneath red that would be another clue. Yellow-Woods/Red- Bushhog brand etc. As far as bearings,pto shaft,blades those can be "matched" if need be. Looks to me like its worth repairing. I'd also drain or suck out if no plug gearbox oil and replace with fresh 80/90 wt. Also don't forget your pto shaft safety covers if you don't have any (can't tell by pic). Hope it helped.

The tail wheel and rear a-arm looks like an Agritech But the gearbox and bracing is way different. You may have trouble if you ever need another(gearbox) but it looks like a well built unit. A coat of paint and check the lube and you will be ready to go.I don't see anything that needs welding.
