What are your favorite Christmas Appetizers?

My bride made some toasted pecan, bourbon, Brie, filo dough bites the other day for a gathering. My new favorite!

Potato latkes with sour cream
Spring roles
Breaded shrimp
Charcuterie board with Kielbasa, cheddar, and just a variety
Pastry plate with poppyseed role, easter breads, homemade cookies...

Where I live it’s traditional to have a small bowl of red chile pork posole before the meal. Always winter season only, and especially at Christmas season.

Bulls eyes are similar except green olives with pimentos are used instead of pickles. I really like them.

Saltines topped with homemade toffee and chocolate my late stepmom used to make they were so addictive and delicious my wife called them Xmas crack lol.

Wife used to make that stuff. We got 3 cases a month. Way more than we drink. 2 extra cases in December. Great gifts for neighbors.
