Hey guys, I have been absent for a while, work is busy, the winter is crazy here and I finally bought the boat I have wanted for years.

What a winter it has been here CT, it feels like I have really given my B3030 a hammering this year. Some of these snows have been deep and heavy. My blade quickly built a tall wall of snow along the edge of my driveway. Wind covered the driveway sometimes with 2 or 3 feet of snow only hours after I cleared it. This winter is the first time ever I drove my B3030 out of my garage and actually had a pit in my stomach wondering if it could do what I needed.

I got stuck 2 or 3 times pushing snow banks back, city plow stuff from around the mailbox and just plain coming back up my 900 foot driveway at 13% in some spots. Overall though it cleared the driveway everytime and did what I demanded. I found I ran at nearly WOT a lot and a couple times I hit stuff that would have thrown me off the tractor had I not had my seat belt on.

I am going to give my B3030 a spa day soon and pamper it with lots of grease, new oil, fuel filter and a good wash as a show of appreciation.

What a winter here in NewBrunswick Canada. Record snow fall amounts. I have driveways that I do which kept my L4740 hopping. My new kubota servered me well thus far running a 74 inch blower without a hitch. In the fall with the help of a logging winch I used it to pile brush and snig firewood. So far so good but I only have 280 hours on it.

Ahh, a snow blower, you bet, it is on my shopping list

I have a boat to sell, once that is out of the garage a blower attachment will be in there

T-Man,
You're messing with the power of the force now!!!
Weather Channel said something about you "catching up" a bit on your snow totals later in the week. Better late than never, eh?

Snow predictions are always a precarious business, but here's to hoping you don't feel like you got the short end of the stick. :D

BP,
Yeah, it was kinda nice. I changed both of the front turfs, in a t-shirt. The sidewalls had dry rotted. Last night was 2-3" of sneet. Thursday they say 50* Friday is also 50* & snow? Go figure.
