Were is "Barrel Ballast Started"

It's 2" X 2" X 1/4" steel. It's seen 40 hours to date and other than a loose bolt it shows no sign of fatigue. It's the toughest thing I've ever constructed.

Don't know if it would work or not, but maybe you could use a cutting edge off a grader blade or dozer blade. Maybe sit it up where you could bolt in a new piece when one dulled or broke.
