Just a suggestion for anyone who has to do this repair: Rather than grinding, I was able to use a hole saw that just fit over the projecting stubs. I removed the pilot drill, spun the hole saw rather slowly, and used cutting oil and heavy pressure. I had previously done grinding when those welds cracked, (had to remove the grease-contaminated cracked weld before re-welding) and this was much faster when I replaced the rollover assembly.
