Has anybody had any luck getting the Terramite web site? Seems it has been down a long time.

Website seems to be gone, possibly due to the continuous changes in ownership. This all American company is now chinese owned.
If you need to get information, I just call. The number is 1-800-428-3772. In the years I have owned my T9, I have always been able to get maintenance and repair info and tips, comparable part numbers I can pick up locally, etc. Just called last week to ask about O-rings for a leaking rear valve. Was told not to go to Home Depot, etc., but take the bad ring to a hydraulic repair place to get the harder ring from them. Wouldn't have known this if I hadn't called.

that's a good number, I called it recently. I don't bother with the site anyway.

The machines are still 100% made in the USA. Yes the company changed ownership. Nearly a year ago. The website is down due to a complete technology upgrade at the facility and an updated website. Should be up soon.
