Waxing tractor

For those of you who "wax", do you "wax" you're wheels and loader arms and chassis and all that?

Just finished waxing my body parts, just wanted to know if any of the rest of you go another mile further.

Sure.... Why not? I wax my car and truck too.

It actually helps keep the machine cleaner/easier to clean. So it makes sense, if you have the time to do it.

If you're too lazy to do it, guess you don't care what the tractor looks like. I do most of this naked. Makes it fun to do. Of course, it'd be ever better if the wife joined in.

How else could you possibly do a wax job? Never heard of anyone who thought it was fun though.

I haven't even waxed my vehicles in the last 25 years. Don't expect to start with the tractor. A hose job works fine for me.

On topic: I was too anxious to use my tractor when they delivered it. Now I don't know if I will ever get it "that clean" again. I am really more concerned about corrosion control than wax at this point. Although I suppose wax could inhibit rust too. When/If I do wax I do not think I would wax all the implement angles. After all it is a tractor not a collector sports car. Just my opinion.
