can i somehow drill a water well with it?

There are seveal things you could do. The most important consideration is what type of soil you have? Rocky or hard you may be SOL. Soft clay you might could give it a go. There is a rig attachment made for tractors that will fit on your pto but cost about $15,000 and up. Plus you'll need pipe and bits etc. There are a few ways to go down about 30 or so feet fairly easily in soft soil. Is there even a shallow aquifer where you live? Might ask around.
