water temperature gauge

Is there a pre-tapped hole for a water temperature gauge on the Mitsubishi K3a engine? Is it there already?

I put one on mine recently. There is a plug on the water pump snoot for the top radiator hose so you don't have to use the one for the light. It was very tight, probably had locktite in it. It was an allen plug, I think 1/4 inch. The sender bulb has to be where there is flow.

Correction, that water pump snoot goes to the bottom radiator hose.
