Rotary Cutter Warner

I was getting ready to buy an old rotary cutter, pretty good shape. The name on it is Warner. Any pros and cons? Are parts still available or interchangeable with other cutters? The fellow wants $300. Looking for some wisdom.

I have the same 5ft Warner recessed gearbox with gear teeth broke off. Shear bolt pto shaft. My Dad bought new in 60’s.
