Want to build a stump grinder....

So I am thinking about building a stump grinder to run off of the PTO on my Ford 9N. I have saved videos of people making a grinding wheel . Or I could buy a replacement wheel possibly. I was thinking of using a junk yard car front wheel assembly and making the grinding wheel to fit the lugs. Then I would need to make a mount for the assembly to attach to the three point hitch. Tractor Supply sells some of those that I might modify. Then find a drive shaft and make that fit. Build a shroud around the wheel for safety. Has anyone done this ? Or have a better idea. Or reason not to do this? I am sure there is a reason Stump grinders cost so much.... But what am I missing....

PS. Also planning to make a boom arm. And looking to buy a post hole drill for the 9N

I saw that video . I like what they did. But I was thinking even simpler design. No swing so no need to use hydraulics. And why change the direction of the blade? I was thinking just in line with the tractor. Pulling front and back as I go.

That's not going to work very well, your 9N doesn't have a live PTO, so your blade is going to stop when ever you push the clutch in to go forward or backwards.

Good point . Guess the video guy's idea is better. So how does the hydraulics hook up? I think I saw a video showing a different plate on the tractor with a hook up somewhere?
