Wacky hydraulic issue.

I have a Kubota L3000DT with Kubota FEL. I am experiencing some crazy hydraulic issue, when using the FEL to push snow after about 15 minutes plowing the bucket will not roll up, raises up and down just fine but won't roll. Next day every thing seems to be fine again then after short use, refuses to roll.
Anybody encounter this issue? Or any suggestions. Hyd oil level is topped full.

Probably engaging regen on the loader valve. Kubmech gave a great explanation here:
