Very weak bucket curl

/ Very weak bucket curl #11
If everything else is working, and it's just the cylinders for the bucket curl, one or both of them are probably worn out. Usually it's the seal around the piston, but I've seen the actually cylinder worn down too. I wouldn't waste my time doing any tests, I'd just remove both cylinders and take them to a cylinder repair shop. Here, it's about $100 each to have a good sized cylinder rebuilt. I used to do them myself, but it takes a few hours, and the parts can run anywhere from $30 to $80. Most parts come in kits to handle a variety of cylinders, any you rarely use a quarter of them. The cylinder shop just buys the exact parts they need. They will also measure the cylinder to make sure it's not warn. If you need a new one, they will have the best price. If you don't know of a good shop, talk to the parts guys and mechanics at your dealership. In my area, they farm out all that work to the cylinder repair shop because he's faster and cheaper then what they can do it for.

Imho, the yes is needed to properly diagnose the issue. Its free, and is actually step one in removing them anyway.. Is remove a hose, then pressurize in opposite direction, answer will be forthcoming. If there is a leak, keep removing them, if not, keep looking.

That said, it DOES look like cyl seals from reading thus far.
