Versatrac is Fecon?

Hey guys, we have a Versatrac 350 at my new job and 2 old gyrotracs. The Gyrotracs don't impress me too much, it we have this Versatrac 350 that seems to be a good machine, but I just did some looking and found that Fecon must make this carrier. But if its just a rebadged Fecon what's the point of even dealing with the Versatrac people, I just wanna know before my boss buys another
