Valve issue ?

I could be 110% wrong but everything you have posted is tied to steering with exception of the parts breakdown and sectional view of loader valve. Typical system loader and 3 point are seperate circuit from steering.

You have done great job of posting what you have and am starting to wonder if the loader valve schematic is not in service manual.

My apologies. Do you mean this diagram ? I haven’t been able to find an diagram schematic for the valve in the repair manual other than this one here I previously posted

If you posted img 9959 previously I missed it but that does help.

Item 3 High pressure selector valve is drawn like it could be the shuttle valve sending pilot signal to increase pressure to loader circuit. On my phone now so can’t enlarge the schematic but will look when I get home.

Thanks for your tips . Just an update. I’m currently cleaning parts and finding debris here and there . Hopefully once i get it back together and install it functions , we shall see .

image 9806 shows the drill path in purple for the pilot sense line while image 9959 shows the connection during lift stroke between lift spool and the compensator - pressure control.

Have you checked pressures of your functions? I'm wondering about your pressure relief and/or a priority flow divider. Is it possible your P and PB ports are reversed?

So my loader bucket valve is still dripping . I have found some oil residue over the bottom of the transmission and pump. And some of the hoses . I’ve added 5-6L over a handful of starts no I’m not exactly sure what to do next . I could try degreasing the machine , I feel like it could be an internal leak. How do I isolate it??? Here comes the headaches lol

Does the loader work now?

when does it drip? While using loader, just sitting running, etc?

Loader doesn’t work. It’s dripping . Not a significant amount. The steering is working /3 point is working . There’s an oily residue under neatth the machine , but no dripping . It’s taking sufficient oil over a short period of time .. the engine oil level is fine .

As I see it you have a few different choices. You can continue to fool with it until you get it right. You can pull it off, take it to a shop and pay someone to fix it. You can give up on it, pull it off, and replace it with another valve. It doesn't have to be another identical unit. Many many options out there for the price of a professional repair.

As far as I know the M100 is an open center system and most any 20 GPM two spool valve should work.
