Value: Kodiak SD4 brush hog

I got this 4' brush hog in a package deal with our bx1800, and don't need it, hope to sell it to recoup some of the purchase price. What would a reasonable price be? It's 12 to 13 years old, lightly used, and was stored inside most of the time. Would $500 be fair? New ones are over $1200 from what I've seen online. Feedback please...

Thats a fair price , put it on craigs list for $ 575 and let them talk you down.

I wouldn't go under $500 either. 4' models seem to be harder to find, and cost a little more than 5' models.

Agreed. 4' models seem to get a pretty good premium used, just cause there arent as many. IF it was a 5' cutter, you'd be lucky to get the $500. But I dont think you will have any trouble with that 4'
