Kubota L2350
Today, I purchased a CountyLine 3-point hitch log splitter from Tractor Supply (made by SpeeCo). The splitter utilizes the hydraulic system of the tractor. The problem is, the manual and instructions have zero about specifically setting it up to your tractor. I have done some research and it appears this is a little more sophisticated than I expected. I have a Kubota L2350. Someone told me to located the PBY or "power beyond port", but I can't seem to find one. btw, I have no front-end loader or remote on the tractor.

Anyone have any experience setting up a log splitter to a tractor like mine?

Just my personal preference.....I have seen a few guys with tractor mounted log splitters, and they seem to be almost more of a hassle than they are worth. If you haven't used it yet, I would suggest that you take it back, and look for a local dealer who sells Brave Log Splitters. I have 40 acres of oak forest, and heat the house with a big Bryan outdoor wood furnace. I probably cut and split 8 or 10 cords a year with the Brave...26 ton, and it has been flawless....for 9 years, now.
