Hi folks, newbie here. I found an L50 30, 36 hours on the meter, one pair of remotes, LA853 loader, cab with heat and air. It has an engine block heater, all dealer installed. It was traded for a 58 HP John Deere. The previous owner wanted a larger sized tractor. It looks showroom, the bucket had not been in the dirt. It was first purchased in Nov. '05. I assume the warranty is still good? The Deere dealer is asking $27000 for the unit. Does that seem like a fair figure? Thanks, cheers. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

First, verify the purchase date.
Wish I could stumble on one for that price, but would need another set of remotes.
