Used JD 4400

I have been lookinat a used JD 4400. I believe it to be a 1999 model. It has mid mount hyd. mid pto and a rear remote. There are about 1000 hours on it and the owner is asking 12,000 for it, what do ya's think

No loader? Is it hydro or gear (sync-shift)?
Otherwise, if in good or better condition, 12K should be about right...offer 10K.

Note that most of them have loaders...but it is a comparison.

There is no loader and it is a hydro. Seems to be in pretty good shape. The owner passed away and the family is selling it!
