that's a lot of hours for $12K even with the MMM. Someone may pay that but I would he happy with $11K

I don't believe that is a lot of hours for the price. You figure it is 6 years old so that means approximately 70 hrs. per year. I had a 1983 B7100D with 1467 hours on it and I had 4 or 5 people fighting over it for $4500 and I paid $7359 w/FEL and 48" Woods RM new. Maybe I was just lucky. I can say one thing though, I miss the **** out of that machine. The new B26 is helping me slowly forget it. :)

If I were buying it I would be interested in what kind of care and treatment it received. 400 hours means little and although it has some years on it same applies. If I was in the market and you cared for the machine like I care for mine $12,000 would be reasonable. $11,000 would find a buyer more quickly.

Yes, but you can get a BX22 or even a BX23 with 100 to 200 hours for $12/12.5K

New BX2350 with 60mmm and FEL for $13,000 to $13,500 would make me think $12,000 is a little strong. With Kubota offering 0% financing, buying new is very appealing. I looked at a 2410 w/ low hours (50hr) and FEL and front blade for $10,500 Also 2410 w/ 60MMM FEL and black blade (850hr) 10,000. I got tired of messing around trying to buy a good used machine when I had work to do so I just bought new. Maybe not what you want to hear but it would have taken $10,500 to get my attention on a BX2200.

There is too much demand for these subcompact tlb's for you to have had a hard time selling. I was looking for a used and would have thought yours to be reasonable. It depends on what your location is of course. I ended up having to buy new.
