Use of adjustable reamers?

Thanks again for all the responses. I found a guy that will do it for $60. He is going to put the grease fittings in as well so I won't need to hassle with that. It's more than I wanted to spend but decided it was the right way to go. Thanks for the advice.

I'm not surprised that a full fledged machine shop with all their overhead would charge $60 but you may be able to find a machinist working at home to do a simple job for a fraction of that. Either way, the job should include pressing in the bushing so you know they got the interference right. I'd probably do it for a six pack of Guinness, but then other people's projects always seem more interesting than my own.

If he isn't in a rush, possibly he can mail it to you with a check for you to purchase the Guinness locally. Heck, the shipping wouldn't be very expensive for a small piece.

Exactly, and that's when the project starts looking more interesting.
