Upgrade to L3130 cost

I have a B 7500 HST w/ power steering and front loader w/ 350 hours and would like a bigger tractor. My dealer has a L3130 HST wLA723 loader and BH-90 backhoe attachment w/ 150 hours that I would like to upgrade to. The L 3130 has an old homemade trailer w/ moble home axles and a box scraper and post hole digger w/two bits and they are asking $31,000.00 for it and say mine is worth about $8500.00 I don't need the trailer as I have my own but $22,500.00 difference sounds high to me. Any ideas on what I should offer difference?

Their price is high, do you really need a backhoe? They are expensive. Try a few dealers for the new price with 0% financing. I'm not sure any 3130's are left though. I seem to recall they sold for around 20K new or so.

No I don' really need the backhoe, I would only use it once or twice a year. Is the L 3130 discontinued? If so what would replace it?

L 3240 replaces L 3130... 1 extra HP @ PTO, 1 more gallon fuel capacity, few pounds added weight, same wheelbase, 10% increase engine displacement.

I would not think that it is worth that kind of a price bump. Wait for a better deal, or do a big tractor upgrade, 15 hp or more type upgrade.
