Update email address

Does anyone know how to update your email address? I have logged into my account, settings, account details and updated my email there, however I am not getting the newsletter at my new address. I have checked all of my settings to be sure everything is set correctly, and I checked to be sure that the newsletter is not going into my spam folder too. I am still getting it at my old address though...

Click on your username at the top right.
Click on "Account Details" in the drop-down menu.
Click on "Change" next to your email.

You should be able to handle the rest.

Thats how I updated my email, but I am still receiving the newsletter at my old address.

You did it correctly. I checked the newsletter list and your email is updated. But we send to different segments depending on the day (for example active emails that have recently opened a message).

Once a month all email addresses are sent to so it's possible that your new email hasn't yet been sent to. But it will definitely be sent to on Monday and if you open that email you'll start getting the weekly emails again.

Also, make sure the emails aren't in your spam folder.

Now that you mention it, I haven't received a TBN Email for a long time. I just checked, and my info is up to date but I clicked the "save" icon anyway.

Just an update, I am still not receiving any TBN newsletters at my new address. They are still going to my old one though and I checked my spam folder too. Thanks
