Unknown Hydraulic or Oil Pump. Need help identifying

I have a pump of some sort and am curious as to what it is. I do not know what it came off of. It has 4y22, 3 and 148 cast into it. It has 6521-105 stamped on it. Flange holes are approximately 4.25" apart. Does anybody have any ideas.

Possibly a power steering pump.
