Mainly just well taken care of I believe, although it has had some care and attention - grey respray (over everything!), a new rad and the rear wings/fenders have been repainted (the wrong colour!).
Yes 4300 hours. Has power steering, which is nice.
Not sure I know what ROPS stands for - Roll-over bar? If so it's a MF part with a plate down near the RH rear axle.

Yes, ROPS means rollover protection system in the US. I've never seen an MF with a rollbar on it and yours looks pretty good.
