TZ18DA HST info needed

Hi,

I'm looking at a TZ18DA that is not running. The head is off so there is no chance of running it. The owner says that he can only move it by picking it up with a forklift, the wheels won't spin if he tries to tow it. Is there any bypass valve or procedure which will allow the wheels to freewheel? He can put it in my truck with the forks but I'd still have to roll it down ramps to get it out of the truck.

I have the TZ24DA and manual says "Place transmission range lever in neutral, and disengage the PTO clutch lever to tow tractor"

Thanks. I'm hoping to find time to look at it again tomorrow. It was doing a pretty good impersonation of a snow bank when I saw it a few days ago. Hopefully I can dig it out enough to see the whole tractor this time.
