Oil & Fuel TYM T264 50 Hour Cross Reference Parts

Folks,

I'm drawing a blank on the net.

The T264 comes with the Kukje A1100N2 engine.

Does anyone know the part numbers or cross reference numbers for components needing changing for the 50 hour maintenance?

Oil Filter to use?
Engine Oil to use? Looks like SAE20 or 10W30 for Florida (32F to 77F temp) @ 1.14 gal. / SAE30 (Temp over 77F) @ 1.14 gal
Transmission Oil to use?
HST Oil Filter?
Front Axel Oil to use? Looks like Gear Oil #80 or #90 @ 1.19 gal
Air Filter to use?
Fuel Filter to use?

Eng. ea00003786c Fuel hk13010022a2 Hyd/Hst 1472230100 Air 11201032020. As a dealer I do sell OEM filters. The eng oil filter is under $10.and is a Kukje #. The Hyd/Hst filter comes from TYM as a Donaldson #p169078 and crosses to a Baldwin bt8416 The air we have not crossed yet, this filter along with the eng oil filter and fuel is different than used in the older T234,T233,T273,and T293,and is around $20. The fuel filter is also a Kukje #.and as a Donaldson # p502166,as a Baldwin # pf981, and Yanmar # 119810-55650 (TYM T254,T224,T194). There is also a washable pick up screen in the trans/axle on the left side. This is very important to clean at the 50 hr service. I don't see much savings in a lot of aftermarket filters, and if its a will fit why chance it for a couple dollars saved. Your dealer providing OEM filters with the assurance of the correct filter microns and pressure ratings takes the guess work out of it. The air filter as Wix or Baldwin or what ever is not a big deal as long as a quality brand is used. The same for the Fuel filter on THIS tractor, But that is not the case for all fuel filters and other models. Most new fuel systems should be looked at the way you do a HYD system or HST/Trans. They need to be Very clean and the filters in most cases where designed for them. ENG. OIL We run 15w40 cj4,ci4 and newer ck4. Hyd/Hst we sell gulf transcrest, this is a UTF/MTF oil. A good high spec to look for is JD20c or Kubota UDT Never use a AW or the out dated 303. Front axle 80W90. Hope this helps and enjoy your new tractor.

I'm going to change my oil/filter in my T474 with the Kukje A2300N2 this weekend with 25h on it, I finally cross referenced a NAPA 1626 (Wix 51626) filter that will work, it is even a smidge longer than the stock

When using cross reference on filters the micron rating is not always the same as OEM and what the equipment calls for. For that reason OEM is the best choice in most cases.

The air filter should be the easiest one to find. Doesn't TYM use a Donaldson air filter housing and filters, just like Branson and other manufacturers?

No, the Engine oil filters NAPA FIL 1626 and Wix 51626 works just fine for me, I now have 225h on my T474 using aftermarket filters and Rotella T6 5w40. I have a short HST Napa 1586 Hydraulic filter that looks like exact. But I will put that on on next HST service at 550h.

My TYM dealer is a hour away, and the sales man is not that great. He told me all the hyd/hst fluid is the same just go to tractor supply. How many gallons does it take. Does the transmission and the hyd use the same oil and fill under the seat. Mine is a 2022 model.
