TYM T233 HST won't start

Have a customers T233 in shop for not starting. Thought maybe it was a glow plug issue, but tested them & are all good. An electric fuel pump had been installed by previous owner & ckd that & plenty of fuel at injector pump, but took lines loose at injectors & basically no fuel. Any ideas appreciated. Also what is the can on the back side of the pump with wires going in it.

The can with wires is the fuel shutoff solenoid. What you are describing does sound like the solenoid isn’t opening. Check power to the solenoid.
