Congrats on the new tractor! My wife thought our T574 is big.

TYM is becoming a stronger player in the US market. Given those close working relationship with TYM and the you tubers, I'll be Stoney Ridge Farmer or one of the other guys can help with your questions.

Congrats on the new tractor. I suspect my neighbors could hear me moving hay into the barn at 1:00 in the morning, but the lights seemed like daylight. I think it makes a very nice farm tractor for me and I love the a/c. I have never seen any derating, minimum DEF use and sounds like regens are far between. Please post your comments on your tractor use.

by the wiring diagram, it looks to be on the right rear up under the cab

Congratulations on the new tractor! Please keep us informed on how it performs for you! (Pictures are always great too! I have found 3 things with my T1104 that I feel are an issue. 1. Plastic fenders; today while brush hogging I ran over a limb and it came up and busted half my rear fender off. 2. My front fenders will not stay tight so I had to remove them. 3. If you raise the loader all the way up (and it raises high), and tilt bucket all the way down at full height, you will bend the loader arm, already had to replace one. It is a factory flaw and they don’t seem too worried about fixing it.

I believe I own one of the first TYM 1104 in the country. It was displayed at a show in California in 2020 and delivered to me beginning of 2021. The tractor has served me very well and it’s a beast in all that it does. From cutting hay to baling it, from the large BushHog it runs, to the huge box blade it pulls and so much more. The loader can lift some serious weight, however it has a flaw. The top (links) arms can not handle downward pressure. No problem with lift. When back blading using downward pressure the arms (top links) bend. This has occurred twice. After purchasing a second new set (not cheap) it occurred again. I had to find a solution. Welding a steel bar to the exterior is the only thing that I can think of, unless someone else can think of another solution.

I have had the same problem with the upper arms. I’m getting ready to have a professional weld steel reinforcements on the outside of the arms. It’s happened twice and it’s the only solution I can think of. We shall see….

Once you reinforce those, I'd worry about bending loader cylinders... Back dragging with a loader is a little like using a screwdriver as a pry bar. Right now your leveling arms are giving first... If they don't, what will?

^Back dragging is definitely one of those things that people do wrong. You tube doesn't help as half of them are abusing their equipment.

Self leveling arms are nice for some things but back dragging is not one of them. Rather than reinforcing the arms, try curling the bucket all the way up so there is no way for it to bend and use the heel of the bucket to back drag. It works but takes a little more time to get it smooth. But you won’t tear anything up doing it that way.
