1620 Ford with loader
Hi All,

I have received two truck loads of the new machines with one more arriving tomorrow. These are nice machines and completely redesigned. The TYM-USA website pictures do not reflect how really nice these machines are.

I have the new

353's in shuttle and HST, the new 433's, the new 503 cabs and the new 903 cab.

Thew new seats, very open decks and spacious cabs, joystick for loaders and and Mitsubishi and Cat engines are but a few new things. The body style is very nice and the curved boom loaders are just great.

My favorite is the 433, what a beast. I hooked up a Rhino 172 mower to it and it is awesome. The 353 blows away the T330 in design, comfort and the 4 cylinder Mitsubishi I find superior to the 3cyl. Kubota in the 330.

If you are looking for a new tractor and have not yet seen the new TYM models then don't buy until you see and operate them. TYM has upped the level by leaps and bounds.

Anyone else here seen them, operated them and or have one?

How are the new TYM's priced? My dealer in Cleveland said TYM was pricing them about the same as equivalent JD's and Kubotas, making them pretty hard to move.

Is that right?

I hope they are successful, they look great.

I think pricing is good. The prices actually did not increase a great deal. They are sweet machines.

What's MSRP on the new bigger (than T700) cab models?

No offense to anyone selling tractors but I have a real difficult time with some of these designs that make the front of the tractor look like an insects face. Just not what a tractor is supposed to look like in my book and yet we see more and more of it. This dropped nose look should have its limits because these designers are taking the "tractor" out of the tractor. This will be a major consideration in my next purchase and if I have a company 5 miles from my house and he is selling tractors that look like insects... I'll go another 50 miles to buy a tractor that looks like a tractor to me.

And you have that right and good luck to you.

I agree it can look a bit 2021, but it's actually done to provide better vision (as are the curved arms for the newer FELs).
Even though it's not what you may like as far as looks, I would recommend that you do at least drive one with the "drop nose" and compare it to one that is more traditional, just to be sure you don't miss out on a feature that is really more than just cosmetics.
That said, I think I'll take pause when they start to look like formula 1 open wheel racers ....... you know .... with a front end wing! ;)

The dropped nose I am not having a problem with. Its the assorted fascia and headlight treatments put on the overly dropped nose that I'm complaining about. These days a guy like me has to be real thankful for fel's and nose guards to hide some of these design abominations also, I suppose I don't have to look at the tractor one more time after getting off an can approach with my eyes half shut. It'd be so much easier if they just gave up the slopes and the droops and the flares and the zings on the front ends. Afterall... I'm not buying an F-16 or a dragonfly. Boy I'm I getting crotchety in my old age.

Good luck in your search.

I agree with arrow on this looks thing. I want the headlights high, to clear the loader. I don't care if the headlights are round, square, or oval, but they should be designed as lights, not as a curved piece of sculpture. Also, the front parts of a tractor should be durable and inexpensive to replace.

With all that said, I haven't looked at photos of these very latest TYM models. I'll see if I can find them.

I just looked at the website. These may be great tractors. If I were going only on looks , they would be way down the list. If I had the money to buy one, maybe I could get a custom hood and side panels made to make it look like a tractor!

As I said the pictures on the web site do not give an accurate portrayal of the machines. You have to see them to really appreciate them. Who has actually seen one and operated one?

OK, some pictures and I will start with the T433. This is a 4200+ lbs. tractor with dual aux. remotes, skid steer compatible loader, draft control, synchro shuttle, 4 cyl. Cat engine etc.

The redesigned machine has a great seat, lots of deck space, adj. steering column, enter and exit on both sides easily and is very comfortable.

I hope you like.

Now a T903. 4 cyl. turbo Cat, 3 remotes and so many more I don't have time to list. This tractor is 89hp and is sitting next to a McCormick MC105 so you can have a reference of physical size. This is beautiful.

I like the T433 the most but all the new compacts and utilities are really nice. I like the comfort and size. I just put an Rhino HB84 box with hydraulic scarifiers on it. I have been running various implements on it and it just performs very well and it is ultra quiet and smooth.
