TYM 1003 gear shifting

Hello

Can anybody advise.
I have TYM 1003 and when I switch gears from fourth to third, then hear a crackling sound.
It should not be, because it should be a synchronized gear box.
Does anyone know what to think?

1) Does the problem occur when you are sitting still or when you are moving? Or both?
2) Does it occur in all gear ranges, (High, Medium, Low)?
3) Is there any particular speed it intensifies at? (Turtle - Rabbit)

The probleem occur only moving in high range when i switch gear from fourth to third.

After you are in gear, is it still making noise?
It sounds as if it's a synchronizer issue if it's only occurring during gear switch.

I would recommend visiting your local dealership for assistance. The synchronizer is covered within your first 3 years/3000 hours of warranty assistance.

As a reference, the part number is 14482092100 for the synchronizer assembly.

crackling sound occurs only during gearswitch. Tractor is brand new 8 working hour.
Dealership is aware of the problem. Maintenance man has adjust the clutch but it did not solvethe problem.
Let's see what happens when a little bit more work to be done. Estonian dealer gives 2 years/2000hours of warranty.

I'm associated with TYM-USA, however, according to the issue from my perspective. It sounds as if the sychronizer needs inspecting. It could possibly need replacing or something as simple as replacing a ring.

Gear shifting is better when oil is warm.
if the gear oil is cold it is hard to switch gear. I will have to keep the lever under pressure to switch the gear.
Second question: Is it possible to install TYM 1003 trailer brakes, air or oil brakes.
