TX1500F two wires

just a quick question here guys what are the two wires for that poke out of the bell housing under the steering column on the clutch side? mine have been painted over and there doesn't seem to be any wires to connect to them

I'm pretty sure those would go to the interlock switch for the clutch.
Maybe they've been bypassed ? If your tractor will start without the clutch depressed, it's bypassed.

just got hold of a wiring harness for a tx1510 with all the extension wires only the previous owner to my tractor had cut all the light wires off anyway i went and picked it up last night and it has the two looks like black-n-yellow wires so now that i know that i will contact them up and remember to push the clutch down
