Two seater tractor

I am in Texas, near Dallas.
Well I finally found the filter around on the opposite side of the tractor from the return line behind a plate that was hidden. The filter was "plum full" of junk!! Clean it with some gas, reinstalled, filled with some new fluid and now it works like a champ! Thanks to all for your help!!

I had a loader- backhoe doing that one time. I had hit the 3 point lever and the system was in a constant bind. When I tied the lever in the off position it never happened again.
