Thanks for the quick reply and one more thing is my neighbour/buddy has a box blade and a roller as well so I have acess to them. I am thinking on 6" deep to make strong enough for the gravel stones or some foundation.

I have to agree with going down at least 8" for the pavement. You need a good base to start with. Then you will need at least 4" to 6" of concrete to handle the weight. The last thing you want to do is pour the slab only to crack it into pieces when something heavy is on it.

I thought 18" is by rules for the wires, I have to check and as far as the rear weights I have filled tires with fluid and my dealer said I dont need any weights at all for lifting with my loader. Is that now true?

Here in Canada we do have rules for burying wire. To put it simply they can be 2 diferent depths. 18" for areas where there isn't going to be any vehicles (tractors included), or 3' where there is going to be vehicles.

There is one execption to this rule. If there is some sort of protection over the wires they can be shallower. Protection means something like you're paving over the area where the wires are run.
