I'd have to look at one again, but, I belive there is an oval plate w/ two scres on the side of the pump. Remove the cover & the fuel screw is behind it. I would check with someone who really knows about it as it wouldn't take much of a hp % gain to break stuff.

Increasing fuel flow by seat-of-pants is a good way to burn valves and seats. Valve material begins to soften at 1,350°F, so a pyrometer is needed in the exhaust manifold.
Seen these kids with a diesel pickup "rolling coal"? That is unburned fuel, part of that unburned fuel coats the cylinder walls and winds up in the crankcase, requiring more frequent oil changes.
If you want more HP buy a bigger tractor, built to handle the HP.
