Turn signal problem

When I start my Kubota BX 1500 the turn signals light up and stay lit even if I push switch for left,right,or off. Any ideas of what I might check ?

On my BX2230 it was the switch that was bad, they don't appear to be very weather proof, I replaced it and it is gone again. I just removed the fuse until I can get it fixed.
