Turn Signal Draining Battery

Right turn signal stays on 24/7, at least until the battery goes dead. What would cause it to receive power with no key and turn signals turned off? Temporarily, I have installed a battery cutoff switch.

You may have a defective turn signal switch - internal damage. It may also be your flasher. Many vehicles are wired such that the four way flashers may be enabled with the key off. If the turn signals use the same flasher you have a possible source for your problem. Get an electrical schematic and track down the circuit. Oh, and welcome to TBN.
