I'm in the process of building a front end loader for my cub cadet. Got the plans from P.F. Engineering. Their plans call for hoses all down the boom for the cylinders, but I would like to use a tubing along the boom and branch off with the hoses for the cylinders. Does anyone know what type tubing I should use and a good place to purchase it. Thankful for any info. Jeff.

Most hydraulic supply houses carry it...if you don't want to paint it you'll need stainless...

I'm in Stanley, North Carolina. Another question, my hydraulic hoses are 3/8 npt with an inside dia of 0.274. Should my tubing have basically the same inside dia? And should the outside dia be the same as my hoses. And also what about wall thickness. Just want to be sure and get the right stuff. Thanks, Jeff.

I am guessing that you don't have the special tools to bend and flare hydraulic tubing and crimp connectors to hoses.
My loader came with the tubing, so when I finished the put-together, I took it to a hydraulic shop and they made the hoses that hook to the tubing.
